Four courses of classically inspired Ligurian cuisine paired with wines made for life on the beach.

Like a few other magnificent places on earth, the region is touched by mountain forests and sea. The wines are possessed by that intersection of the elements. We’re carefully choosing and cannot wait to present to you, Mandarava on the Italian Riviera.

Dinner includes hand shaped wheat and chestnut flour pastas, fugassa (Ligurian focaccia), and the typical sauces made from mountain herbs, walnuts, and olives.
